Legal Aid NSW is a state-wide organisation providing legal services to international students and also to socially and economically disadvantaged people across NSW. Leval Aid NSW deliver legal services in most areas of criminal, family and civil law. Find out more about our services. Legal Aid services are provided through Central Sydney office and 23 regional offices. Legal Aid NSW employs approximately 1000 staff.

Commonwealth Ombudsman

Commonwealth Ombudsman can investigate complaints about problems that intending, current or former overseas students have with private schools, colleges and universities (education providers) in Australia. CO Provides information about best practice complaints handling to help private education providers manage internal complaints effectively. CO publishes reports on problems and broader issues in international education.
